What if I can’t join the tour due to unexpected circumstances?
Most tours and activities can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before departure, according to the cancellation policy of your booking.
If you do not arrive at the meeting point on time, your booking will be considered a no-show and will be non-refundable.
We understand that unexpected situations can happen. If you are unable to join the tour due to illness or another urgent reason, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on availability and occupancy, we may be able to offer a rescheduling option.
If rescheduling is possible, a fee of €15 per person will apply.
Can I bring suitcases on my tour?
Small bags, handbags, and small backpacks that can be kept with you inside the vehicle are allowed free of charge.
Larger suitcases or bags that need to be stored in the luggage compartment are subject to a €5 fee per bag, payable in cash to the driver.
If you are traveling with several large bags, please contact us in advance so we can confirm whether luggage space is available.
How can I buy tickets for Peles and Bran Castles?
Entrance tickets for Peles Castle and Bran Castle are not included in the standard tour price and must be purchased separately.
For Peles Castle, we strongly recommend purchasing your tickets in advance from the official Peles Castle ticketing website:
https://bilete.peles.ro
Availability is limited and tickets often sell out quickly, especially during weekends and public holidays. For last-minute bookings, there is a high risk that tickets may no longer be available for your visit.
For tours operating from Thursday to Sunday, we recommend booking the first available time slot, starting from 09:15–11:00, or at the latest the second time slot, starting from 11:00–12:45.
For tours operating on Wednesday, the suitable time slot is 10:00–12:45.
For Bran Castle, tickets can usually be purchased on the day of the tour, depending on the schedule and timing of the visit.
