    Bucharest: Pickup and departure

    Meet your tour leader in central Bucharest. Please arrive 5 minutes before departure time to ensure a smooth start. After a short introduction, we leave the city and head toward the Carpathian Mountains.

    Sinaia: Visit Peles Castle

    Stop in Sinaia to visit Peles Castle, the former royal summer residence of Romania. You will have approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes of free time to explore the castle interior (if ticket option selected), walk around the gardens, and take photos.

    Brasov: Free time in the Old Town

    Arrive in Brasov and enjoy around 1 hour and 30 minutes of free time in the charming Old Town. Discover Council Square, admire the Black Church, stroll the medieval streets, or relax at a local café.

You will have approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes at each main stop. Exact timing may vary depending on traffic, castle schedules, and the overall pace of the day. At each location, your tour representative will confirm the meeting point and return time. Please make sure you are back at the agreed meeting point at least 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Can I stay in Brașov after the Dracula Castle day trip?
Yes, you can choose to stay in Brașov instead of returning to Bucharest, but please inform your tour representative at the beginning of the tour. Please note that, in most cases, Brașov is visited before Bran Castle, not as the final stop of the itinerary. If you decide to stay in Brașov, you may need to arrange your own transportation from Bran Castle back to Brașov. This transportation is not included in our service and must be paid separately. Public buses usually operate between Bran and Brașov, but schedules and availability are not managed by Gray Line Romania.
How can I buy tickets for Peles and Bran Castles?
Entrance tickets for Peles Castle and Bran Castle are not included in the standard tour price and must be purchased separately. For Peles Castle, we strongly recommend purchasing your tickets in advance from the official Peles Castle ticketing website: https://bilete.peles.ro Availability is limited and tickets often sell out quickly, especially during weekends and public holidays. For last-minute bookings, there is a high risk that tickets may no longer be available for your visit. For tours operating from Thursday to Sunday, we recommend booking the first available time slot, starting from 09:15–11:00, or at the latest the second time slot, starting from 11:00–12:45. For tours operating on Wednesday, the suitable time slot is 10:00–12:45. For Bran Castle, tickets can usually be purchased on the day of the tour, depending on the schedule and timing of the visit.
